The publication received gold awards for Best Coverage of Breaking news and Best Website, along with a silver award for Best Daily Email.
Isabel Vieira’s reporting on the Ravensthorpe nickel operations was lauded by judges as “well-written and well-sourced,” effectively balancing the human impact with necessary background information. The AABP judges also recognized Business News’ website for its “crisp, clear design” and editorial focus, awarding it top honors for the second consecutive year.
The Afternoon wrap newsletter, produced by Vieira, Nadia Budihardjo, Tom Zaunmayr, Jack McGinn, Claire Tyrrell, Liv Declerck, Justin Fris, and Sam Jones, earned silver for its clean layout and user-friendly navigation.
