Kevin Young, head coach of the BYU Cougars men’s basketball team, has secured a long-term contract extension, the university announced Thursday. Details of the agreement were not released.
The extension comes after a triumphant first season for Young, highlighted by a Sweet 16 appearance. The BYU Cougars also landed A.J. Dybantsa, a freshman recruit projected as a potential No. 1 pick in the NBA draft. This move signals a continued investment in the men’s basketball program.
