Match Breakdown
Stanford established an early lead in the dual, securing straight-set victories on courts four and five to go up 2-0.

Cal Poly responded by winning three-set matches on courts one and two to tie the contest.
The deciding point occurred on court three, where Stanford’s sophomores Charlotta Bell and Logan Tusher faced Cal Poly’s Julia Westby and Elise Lenahan.
Bell and Tusher won the first set 21-19, but Westby and Lenahan claimed the second set 21-19 to force a decider.
The third set was decided by an extra point, with Bell and Tusher securing a 16-14 victory to clinch the match for Stanford.
Stanford’s Dominant Run
The victory over Cal Poly was part of a successful Saturday for the Cardinal, who also faced No. 4 USC in Laguna Beach.
Stanford swept the No. 4-ranked USC team 5-0, recording straight-set wins on courts one through four.
- On court two, juniors Brooke Rockwell and Ruby Sorra won 21-15, 21-15.
- On court one, senior Kelly Belardi and sophomore Avery Jackson defeated Ashley Pater and Kennedy Coakley 21-17, 21-19.
- On court three, Charlotta Bell and Logan Tusher won 21-19, 21-15.
- On court four, sophomore Indigo Clarke and junior Clara Stowell won 21-14, 21-16.
Stanford secured the final point against USC on court five, where redshirt freshman Elena Fisher and junior Chloe Hoffman won a three-set match 21-19, 19-21, 15-13.
