Please entrust your dreams, hopes, and thoughts about what lies beyond peace to poetry.
Only unpublished works are accepted.

Nagasaki Peace Cultural Festival 2025 Wataboushi Concert Opening Song
Fill out the “Poetry Section” application form, attach your work and send it by mail or fax.
Or send it by email.

Selection and Announcement

(1) One winning poem will be selected at the selection committee and the winner will be notified.
(2) The winning poems will be set to music through a public competition (planned) open to elementary, junior high and high school students in Nagasaki Prefecture.
Opening at “Nagasaki Peace Cultural Festival 2025 Wataboushi Concert”
It will be released as a song.

Application acceptance period

From Monday, September 2, 2024 to Friday, November 29, 2024 (must arrive by this date)

・The copyright of submitted works will belong to the organizers, and works will not be returned.
・The selected poems may be augmented due to compositional reasons.
