Calls for Investigation into COVID-19 Treatment Protocols: Allegations Against Hospital Officials and Remdesivir Use

Calls for Investigation into COVID-19 Treatment Protocols

On November 17, 2024, citizens in five states are urging their attorneys general to investigate alleged crimes related to COVID-19 treatment protocols. Concerns focus on the administration of remdesivir by hospital staff, including high-profile figures like Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Attorneys in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas have submitted comprehensive legal briefs to their state attorney generals. Similar requests will soon be sent to Oklahoma and Missouri. The Texas brief, spanning 26 pages, is available for public review here.

Dr. David Martin recently testified about remdesivir’s dangers before the Oklahoma Legislature. He highlighted its potential to cause kidney failure and other organ issues, which can lead to death.

Defenders of remdesivir may point to the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from October 2020. However, the serious side effects of remdesivir were known prior to the pandemic. Questions about the EUA’s validity may lead to charges of first and second-degree murder or involuntary manslaughter against those who administered the drug. Furthermore, the World Health Organization advised against using remdesivir for COVID-19 patients in November 2020.

These matters require thorough investigation to understand potential criminal implications under state laws, including aggravated manslaughter and false imprisonment.

Legal briefs take 200 to 250 hours of research and are prepared pro bono. They have support from organizations like the Diamond Mind Foundation and Fight Like A Flynn. Those interested in supporting the efforts can contact the author at gardpgkg@comcast.net.

At the federal level, there are renewed calls to investigate Anthony Fauci for his role in gain-of-function research linked to the COVID-19 virus. This federal inquiry is separate from the state investigations pertaining to specific alleged crimes.
