FLACHAU. Švajčiarska lyžiarka Camille Rastová vyhrala utorňajší nočný slalom Svetového pohára vo Flachau.
V rakúskom stredisku zaútočila z ôsmej pozície po 1. kole a triumfovala s náskokom 16 stotín sekundy pred krajankou Wendy Holdenerovou. Tretia skončila Švédka Sara Hectorová (+0,38).
Chorvátka Zrinka Ljutičová, ktorá pred pretekmi viedla klasifikáciu disciplíny, po veľkej chybe nepostúpila do druhého kola a skončila až na 34. mieste.
Dvadsaťpäťročná Rastová dosiahla druhé víťazstvo v sezóne a aj v kariére. Obe slávila v slalome, minulý rok v decembri triumfovala v Killingtone. Švajčiarka pritom po prvom kole strácala na líderku Katharinu Liensbergerovú 1,50 sekundy.
V druhom však predviedla druhú najrýchlejšiu jazdu a pomohla jej aj chyba domácej Rakúšanky, ktorá na zjazdovke Hermanna Maiera skončila mimo pódia. Rastová sa vďaka zisku sto bodov dostala na čelo celkového poradia disciplíny i celého seriálu.

“V pondelok som videla na Instagrame, že predchádzajúcich šesť slalomov tu zakaždým vyhrala jedna z dvojice Mikaela (Shiffrinová) alebo Petra (Vlhová). Som šťastná, že môžem byť tiež v zozname víťaziek vo Flachau.
Od prvej brány som počula povzbudzovanie fanúšikov. Ďakujem im, že mi pomohli, predviedla som aj s ich pomocou svoju najlepšiu jazdu,” uviedla víťazka pre televíziu FIS.
Najvýraznejší posun dosiahla Švédka Cornelia Öhlundová. ktorá sa z 24. miesta po 1. kole dostala až na 12. priečku. Jazda vyšla aj Amelie Smartovej z Kanady, poskočila tiež o dvanásť pozícii a skončila 17.
Ljutičová, ktorá vyhrala predchádzajúce dva slalomy, zaváhala v prvom kole pred prvým medzičasom, len tesne sa vyhla pádu a v cieli mala výrazné manko 3,70 s.
Švajčiarka Michelle Gisinová absolvovala vo Flachau posledný slalom vo SP. S touto disciplínou sa rozlúčila 23. miestom. Jediný triumf v prestížnom seriáli dosiahla práve v slalome, keď vyhrala 29. decembra 2020 v Semmeringu.
“Bolo to viac ako 12 neuveriteľných rokov vo Svetovom pohári v slalome. Dala som do toho všetko. Som nesmierne vďačná za 103 štartov. Je čas sústrediť svoju energiu na zvyšné tri disciplíny,” uviedla na Instagrame.
Slovensko nemalo v súťaži zastúpenie. Petra Vlhová sa do kolotoča SP vráti po zranení kolena najskôr až vo februári. Vo Flachau chýbala pre zranenie aj ďalšia veľká favoritka Američanka Mikaela Shiffrinová.
Ženy sa najbližšie predstavia v Cortine d’Ampezzo, v talianskom stredisku absolvujú v sobotu 18. januára zjazd a o deň neskôr ich čaká super-G.
