Canadian Ambassador to Korea Philip Lafortune and Damien Pereira, the Quebec Government Representative to Korea, visited Everland on April 9, 2026. The visit commemorated the premiere of Wings of Memory
, a new circus production co-produced by Everland and the Quebec-based circus company Élloize.
Samsung C&T Resort Group announced the visit on April 10, 2026. The event included a reception attended by Ambassador Lafortune, Mr. Pereira and Kyu-Jong Song, the President and CEO of Samsung C&T Corporation, along with other partners and guests.
Production Details of Wings of Memory
The show Wings of Memory
is an art circus performance that lasts approximately 40 minutes. The production integrates acrobatics, dance, music, video, and special effects. It features seven high-difficulty circus acts, which include the Russian swing, aerial pole, and contortion.
The performance has been available to the public since its opening on January 1, 2026. The collaboration between the theme park and the Canadian circus company was facilitated by the Quebec Government Office in Korea, which served as the intermediary between the two organizations.

Diplomatic and Cultural Significance
The collaboration between Everland and Élloize occurs during the 35th anniversary of the Quebec government’s presence in Korea. During the visit, Ambassador Lafortune and his delegation met with the cast to provide encouragement and viewed the performance.
This proves impressive to see circus art representing Canada realized as such a high-quality performance at Korea’s leading theme park. I hope this collaboration will serve as an opportunity to expand cultural exchange between our two countries.

Air Canada serves as a sponsor for the Wings of Memory
project. The airline uses the partnership to highlight cultural connections between Canada and Korea.
As part of its operations connecting the two nations, Air Canada provides up to 18 weekly flights during the summer season. This flight schedule includes daily non-stop services to Toronto and Vancouver, as well as seasonal direct flights to Montreal.
The airline stated that these services are intended to provide Korean travelers with more opportunities to experience the culture and natural landscapes of Quebec.
