Cancer Bats Announce 2027 Australian Tour with Heriot

Canadian hardcore heavyweights Cancer Bats will return to Australia in January and February 2027 for a nine-date tour featuring UK metalcore group Heriot. The tour supports the band’s upcoming album Give Me Dirt and brings their career-spanning live set back to Australian venues for the first time since 2024.

The tour kicks off on Thursday, 28 January 2027, at Amplifier in Perth, where Cancer Bats will perform without Heriot. The schedule continues on Saturday, 30 January 2027, with an appearance at the Froth and Fury Festival in Adelaide.

Bat Fest Mini-Festivals Hit Melbourne And Sunshine Coast In January And February 2027

Cancer Bats and promoters Destroy All Lines are transforming two tour stops into dedicated mini-festivals called Bat Fest. The first Bat Fest takes place on Sunday, 31 January 2027, at the Corner Hotel in Melbourne, featuring Mannequin Death Squad, Totally Unicorn, and Blood Oath alongside the headliners. The second Bat Fest happens on Sunday, 7 February 2027, at Kings Beach Tavern on the Sunshine Coast, featuring Mannequin Death Squad, Totally Unicorn, a local competition winner, and a mystery special guest yet to be announced.

Bristol industrial metalcore act Heriot join the tour starting Tuesday, 2 February 2027, at La La La’s in Wollongong. The run continues to Crowbar in Sydney on Wednesday, 3 February 2027, the Hamilton Station Hotel in Newcastle on Thursday, 4 February 2027, the Arts Factory in Byron Bay on Friday, 5 February 2027, and Crowbar in Brisbane on Saturday, 6 February 2027, before concluding at the Sunshine Coast Bat Fest.
