Jennifer Scott, who married millionaire businessman richard Scott while employed as his cleaner, has won a legal case against her stepson, Adam Scott, securing the entirety of a £43 million estate. The ruling confirms Jennifer Scott as the sole beneficiary of the fortune.
Richard Scott, known as the “Auto Gallery King,” amassed his wealth through the UK’s second-largest open car market, operating from his farm in cheshire. He passed away in 2018 at the age of 81, leaving behind 19 children.

‘Golden Boy’ Excluded From Will
Jennifer Scott and Richard Scott’s relationship began in 1994, while she worked as a cleaner on his farm. They married in 2016. Following the marriage,Richard Scott revised his will to exclude his eldest son,Adam Scott, and bequeath all property and the farm to Jennifer.
Adam Scott challenged the will after his father’s death, alleging that Richard Scott lacked the mental capacity to make such a decision. However, the court dismissed these claims.
The judge presiding over the case validated two wills drafted by richard Scott in 2016. The court determined that despite a diagnosis of dementia, Richard Scott possessed the capacity to make conscious decisions, and his decision to disinherit his son was a matter of “personal choice.”
