NAPLES, Fla. — The 22nd annual Cars on 5th event transformed downtown Naples into a showcase of luxury automobiles on , attracting an estimated 20,000 attendees and participants from across the globe.
More than 750 luxury, vintage and exotic cars were on display along Fifth Avenue South, ranging from classic Ferraris and Lamborghinis to the ultra-rare Bugatti Chiron, and Mistral. The event, part of the larger Naples Automotive Experience, serves as a significant fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Collier County.
“Just very special cars,” said Tom O’Riordan, president of the Naples Automotive Experience. “We’re blessed to be able to show them to people here.”
Among the most notable vehicles on display was a 1923 Hispano-Suiza, recently awarded Best in Show at the 2026 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Other highlights included a Maserati MC12, a Ferrari Enzo, a Pagani Huayra R, a Mercedes-Maybach 680, a Ferrari GTO, a Ferrari F50, and a Ferrari LaFerrari.
The event’s charitable component is substantial. Organizers estimate that the Naples Automotive Experience has raised $8 million over the past eight years, including $2.9 million for St. Matthew’s House in the previous year. The show began modestly, with just 20 cars participating in its inaugural year.
For some attendees, like Phillip Andre of Chicago, Cars on 5th is a cherished tradition. Andre, showcasing his Ferrari GTCR Luco, embraced the spirit of the event by offering champagne and caviar from the trunk of his vehicle. “You know this is all about passion, this is about community and about all the things we love,” Andre said. “Which is champagne, caviar, truffles, and life liberty and the pursuit of bubbles.”
The event also drew families, with many parents hoping to share their enthusiasm for automobiles with the next generation. Stephanie Santoro, who traveled from Fort Myers with her eight-year-old son Paxton, described the event as a “dream” for her son, a self-described “big” car guy. “I just think they’re cool, seeing all the big fancy cars,” Paxton said. “And how fast they go. It’s just really interesting.”
The growing popularity of Cars on 5th reflects a broader trend of luxury automotive events gaining prominence in the United States. The event has been recognized by duPont Registry as one of the best one-day car shows in the country.
This year’s event marked a partnership between the Naples Automotive Experience and duPont REGISTRY Events, further solidifying its position within the luxury automotive landscape. The collaboration includes duPont Registry’s first-ever live auction as part of the festivities.
The Naples Automotive Experience continued on , with a rally for participants. The event’s success underscores Naples’ growing reputation as a destination for automotive enthusiasts and collectors.
The 20th annual “Cars on Fifth Concours” previously drew over 700 luxury vehicles, including Ferraris, Maseratis, Corvettes, and Shelbies, organized by the Naples Chapter of the Ferrari Club of America. All proceeds from the three-day Naples Automotive Experience go to support local organizations dedicated to combating hunger, homelessness, and addiction.
