Prosecutors allege that Cash Out ran a criminal enterprise,using his Pyrex Music Group label to lure women into prostitution. A 2023 re-indictment claims he used violence and coercion, promising women money and status within the company.
Four other individuals—Linda Smith, Tyrone Taylor, TKierra Danieele Adams, and Demetrius Lamont Edwards—have also been indicted in connection with the case.
