Voting in the election for delegates to the Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza Forense for the 2027–2030 term saw 784 lawyers cast ballots at the polling station set up in the Miro courtroom at the Taranto courthouse. Across the entire district covering Lecce, Brindisi, and Taranto, the election pitted a three-candidate slate against a single challenger, resulting in a stark divergence in vote totals.
List No. 1 Wins Majority of Taranto Votes
At the Taranto polling station, 29 ballots were returned null or blank out of the 784 total votes cast by members of the Taranto Bar Association. List No. 1, titled L’impegno e la disponibilità di sempre – Una scelta condivisa
and featuring candidates Roberta Altavilla, Donato Salinari, and Stefano Morgese, captured 713 votes at that location. By contrast, the La Torretta
list featuring candidate Miranda Fiore secured only 42 votes at the Taranto courthouse.
When election officials tallied the votes from all polling stations established at the Bar Association offices in Brindisi, Lecce, and Taranto, the district-wide totals confirmed the victory of the List No. 1 candidates. Roberta Altavilla led the district with 2,322 votes, followed by Donato Salinari with 1,159 votes and Stefano Morgese with 773 votes. Miranda Fiore finished with 513 votes across the district, falling short of securing a seat.

Donato Salinari Secures a Third Mandate
The outcome places Donato Salinari into his third term as a delegate to Cassa Forense. Salinari previously served as a member of the assistance commission for the national forensic pension fund.
Following the finalization of the vote count, Salinari expressed strong satisfaction with the electoral outcome. He thanked his colleagues across the Lecce, Taranto, and Brindisi district for confirming their continued trust and esteem in his work on behalf of the profession.
