Cassie and Alex Fine Welcome Third child After Trial Testimony

Cassie, the “Me‍ &⁤ U” singer, and her husband, actor Alex​ Fine, are celebrating ​the arrival of their third⁢ child. The baby boy was born Tuesday in a New York hospital, ‍according⁢ to multiple reports. this joyous occasion follows Cassie’s recent testimony⁤ in the Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficking trial, ‌marking a⁢ new chapter for⁤ the family.

Cassie,⁣ 38, and Fine, 32, ‍who stars in “MobLand,”⁤ married in october 2019. They are also parents to daughters Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 3. The couple announced their pregnancy in February⁢ with an Instagram post‍ featuring family photos.

Fine expressed​ his joy at the time, calling his growing family “the best‌ gift I could ask for” in his own Instagram post.

The birth ⁢of their son ‍comes less than two weeks after Cassie’s testimony against her former boyfriend, Sean “Diddy” Combs. Her testimony ⁢included allegations of violence, threats, and sexual abuse. Cassie’s lawsuit against Combs in 2023 led ⁣to ​further legal⁤ action against him, including ‍federal raids on his properties.

“I hope my testimony⁢ has given strength and a voice to other survivors and can definately help others who have suffered to speak ⁣up and also heal from abuse and fear,” Cassie said in a statement shared by her attorney, Douglas Wigdor.

Fine also⁢ addressed narratives that he saved his wife from‌ Combs, stating ⁤that it was an “insult to the years of painful work my wife has done to save herself.”

“Cassie saved⁤ Cassie,” Fine said in a statement. “She alone broke free​ from abuse, coercion, violence and threats.”

Fine ‌concluded by requesting privacy ⁤for his family as they welcome their new son, stating ‍that “this horrific chapter is forever put behind us.”
