As Sean “diddy” Combs faces a sex trafficking trial, prosecutors presented text messages in court between Diddy and his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. The messages aimed to illustrate what prosecutors described as a pattern of control allegedly exerted by Combs.
In one exchange, Ventura accused Combs of mistreating her. “You treat me like a hooker to be honest,” the text read. “You always want to call one and you have one. This hooker has been here for 10 years.” Prosecutors stated that Diddy responded with “Wow.” The exchange highlights the complex role Ventura felt she played in their relationship.
