Cassie Ventura’s Shocking Revelations: Diddy’s Ex Details Intimate Abuse
Cassie Ventura Testifies in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Sex Trafficking Trial
Casandra Ventura, known professionally as Cassie, provided harrowing testimony detailing her relationship with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in an ongoing sex trafficking trial. Her account painted a picture of alleged sexual abuse, physical violence, and disturbing details regarding so-called “freak parties.”

Allegations of Controlling behaviour
ventura testified that Combs exhibited controlling behaviors early in their relationship. “control was everything,” she stated, ”from the way that I looked, too what I was working on that day, who I was speaking to…” She described instances where combs allegedly directed his staff to remove her belongings if he disapproved of her actions. He also allegedly evicted her from residences he was paying for.
According to Ventura’s testimony, Combs exerted control over various aspects of her life, allegedly pressuring her to undergo cosmetic surgery, including breast implants, and dictating her hairstyle choices. She further claimed he encouraged her to get her private parts pierced.
Claims of Physical Abuse
Ventura described Combs as having mood swings that allegedly led to physical abuse. “You make the wrong face and the next thing I knew,I was getting hit in the face,” she testified. “If I was a brat or something, he would let me know I needed to ‘fix my face’ or ‘watch my mouth.’”
she alleged that arguments with combs escalated to violence, stating that “he would smash me in my head, knock me over, drag me, kick me, stomp me in the head if I was down.” Ventura claimed to have sustained injuries, including knots on her forehead, busted lips, and bruises across her body.
Testimony on “Freak Parties”
Ventura provided details about alleged “freak parties,” claiming that early in their relationship, Combs proposed the concept. She testified that these parties involved Combs watching her engage in sexual acts with other men while he pleasured himself, a form of sexual voyeurism.
She stated that each alleged “Freak Off” “would usually consist of two to three sexual sessions – each session lasting an hour to three hours – and could involve three or four different men”. “it’s his fantasy. He was controlling the whole situation,he was directing it,” she said.
Ventura testified that Combs allegedly filmed these encounters and used the videos as “blackmail materials.”
“I felt pretty horrible about myself. I felt disgusting. I felt humiliated,” she said. “I didn’t have the words to show how horrible I felt. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it”.
Disturbing Details Emerge
Ventura testified that she was allegedly expected to participate in these parties even during her menstrual cycle. According to NBC News, who had a reporter present in the courtroom, she stated, ”I was expected to have freak offs on my period. He wanted that and I did not want to do that… Blood would get on the linens.”
Ventura also testified that Combs allegedly forced a male escort to urinate in her mouth during one of these parties, a detail that prosecutor Emily Johnson referenced during opening statements on May 12. “It’s just as humiliating [as] if anyone was there to see it. It was disgusting, it was too much,” Ventura said.
Alleged Drug Use
Ventura testified that she consumed “all kinds” of drugs provided by Combs “or his staff at the Freak Offs as a way of dissociating and numbing herself.” She claimed that she spent a significant portion of her life recovering from the effects of the drugs and dehydration following these parties.
Hotel assault
Surveillance video depicting Combs assaulting Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel in 2016 has emerged as key evidence in the trial. Ventura testified that the assault occurred after she attempted to leave a “Freak Off.” She stated, “I’m not sure what happened, but I got hit by Sean and I had a black eye, and at that point all I could think about was getting out of there safely… It (Freak Off) got violent, and I chose to leave. Sean followed me into the hallway by the elevators, he grabbed me, threw me on the ground, kicked me, tried to drag me back to the room, took my stuff.” She added that she fled the scene without her shoes.
Ventura’s Role in Booking Escorts
ventura testified that Combs’ staff sometimes booked hotel rooms for the “Freak Offs.” She alleged that Combs instructed her on which escorts to hire, paying them in cash and arranging their travel. Ventura stated that she found escorts online, presented them to Combs for approval, and paid them between $1,500 and $6,000 in cash provided by Combs. When escorts needed to be flown in, ventura said she instructed Combs’ travel agent to arrange travel for a “new staff member.”
About the Case
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. The charges stem from an indictment filed in September 2024, leading to his arrest in New York City. Prosecutors allege that Combs used his business and music empire as a front for sex trafficking and coercion, including orchestrating the “freak-offs” parties.
The trial commenced with opening statements on Monday. Jurors are expected to hear testimony from various parties over the course of the two-month trial. Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to five felony counts, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted on all counts, he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years and potentially life in prison.
