The Seasonal Category Consultant will serve as a key constituent to internal team members, management, and external customers. What You’ll Do
- Act as the Category Expert to ensure the execution of the Strategic Business Plan to make topline sales plan, net sales goals, and achieve sales share targets. This includes using tools and data to ensure the execution of the support strategic business plan.
- Support the Category Management Department to ensure corporate objectives and distribution goals are met through tools such as Circana (IRI), Circana Scan Panel, Numerator Insights (Data).
- Synthesize actionable insights using retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, and shopper insights.
- Utilize and apply Hershey’s internal order management system, SOLVE, to write and place orders.
- Act as the indispensable consultative partner, driving projects to uncover potential growth opportunities for both the category and Hershey.
- Perform and analyze routine reports on performance and distribution using tools such as Mekko PPT Charts, PowerBI (Consume Dashboards), Alteryx, Excel.
