La actriz Catherine O’Hara,también escritora y guionista,ha muerto este viernes en Los Ángeles a los 71 años. Fue conocida por sus papeles de la madre de Kevin en Solo en casa (mi pobre angelito en América Latina), delia Deetz en Bitelchús o Beetlejuice (y también en su reciente secuela), Moira Rose en la premiada comedia Schitt’s Creek, que le valió multitud de premios, y más recientemente por ser Patty, la satírica productora en la serie The Studio, por la que acababa de estar nominada a un Globo de Oro.

Los medios locales informan de que los servicios de emergencia recibieron una llamada desde su casa en el barrio angelino de Brentwood, uno de los más exclusivos de la ciudad, poco antes de las cinco de la mañana, y que poco después fue trasladada a un hospital.
