City of Raleigh sewer maintenance division crews will perform CCTV inspection and dye testing along South Wilmington Street between Morgan Street and Martin Street on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. To 6 a.m. The following day.
The work is part of the State Street Water and Sewer Improvements Phase 3A project and involves intermittent access to sanitary sewer manholes at intersections along the corridor.
Crews will be active at no more than two intersections at a time, and one lane of South Wilmington Street will remain open at all times during the operation.
Motorists are advised to use caution in the work zone and expect intermittent traffic control changes overnight.
