*Please note that you cannot choose the talk start time.
*Only the person who purchased the ticket (1 person) can participate in the video talk. If it is discovered that someone other than the person who purchased the ticket is participating, the video may be terminated. In that case, no refunds will be given.
*To participate in the video talk, you will need a device with iOS 16.0 or later, Android 9.0 or later, and the latest Bitfan app downloaded.
*Please note that you cannot participate from a PC.
*Please check the recommended viewing environment in advance and make sure you are in an environment where viewing is possible. We are not responsible for communication fees or communication device environment when participating. Please understand this before participating.
*Video chat consumes data. We recommend using a Wi-Fi connection or a quiet environment such as your home.
*For safety and crime prevention reasons, all video talk content will be monitored, recorded, and filmed by staff.
*Taking screenshots, taking videos, or recording during the broadcast is prohibited. If we find out about this, we may force the broadcast to end. In that case, no refunds will be given.
*If the management determines that you are making inappropriate comments or taking pictures of the screen, we may force you to quit the game. In that case, please note that no refunds will be given.
*There will be no refunds or transfers for cancellations due to customer convenience, problems with the customer’s communication environment, or non-participation due to late entry.
