Adding to the ceremonial nature of the evening, the Marshall High School ROTC will be in attendance to present colors during the proceedings.
Organizers have advised attendees to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets for seating during the outdoor performance. Drink vendors will also be available on-site for the public.
