Repositioning and Winter Season
Teh 2008-built Celebrity Solstice is currently completing a series of repositioning voyages before beginning its winter season in Southeast Asia and the Far East. Following a triumphant summer season sailing to Alaska from Vancouver, the ship embarked on an 11-night open-jaw cruise to Hawaii in late September, concluding in Honolulu in early October.
Currently, the 122,000-ton vessel is offering a 19-night cruise to the South Pacific Islands and tahiti, sailing from Honolulu to Sydney. This itinerary includes visits to six destinations, notably an overnight stay in Papeete, and extends to New Zealand.

As it travels towards Singapore, the Solstice will also host a 13-night cruise to Australia and Indonesia, featuring stops in Airlie Beach,Darwin,Bali, and other destinations. Beginning in November, the ship will operate a series of 12-night cruises throughout Southeast Asia and the Far East.
these open-jaw itineraries will sail between Singapore and Hong Kong, with calls at ports in Thailand, Vietnam, and other regional destinations.
Major Refurbishment Planned for Early 2026
Following its season in Southeast Asia, the Celebrity Solstice is scheduled for a significant refurbishment at a shipyard in Singapore. This project is part of a broader $250 million modernization effort encompassing the entire Solstice-class fleet.
The refurbishment will introduce new public areas and dining venues, including a redesigned top deck feature called Sunset Park, intended to enhance the experience for the ship’s 2,850 guests. All staterooms will also be refreshed, and four new stateroom categories will be added.
Debut of Renovated Ship and Return to Alaska
The fully updated Celebrity Solstice is set to debut in early March 2026, and will subsequently return to Alaska for another summer deployment sailing from Vancouver.
