Celine Dion has announced her return to live performance with a concert residency titled Celine Dion Paris 2026
. The engagement will take place at the Paris La Défense Arena, marking her first consistent live schedule since 2020.
The residency is scheduled to run from September 12 to October 17, 2026. The singer officially shared the news on March 30, 2026, which coincided with her 58th birthday.
The announcement was delivered via a video message broadcast beneath the Eiffel Tower and posted to her social media channels. In the clip, Dion stated she was doing great, managing my health, feeling good
and noted that she is singing and dancing again.
Dion described the opportunity to perform in Paris as the best birthday gift of my life
and expressed gratitude to her fans for their support during her health struggles.
Expansion of Residency Dates
On April 7, 2026, Dion expanded the residency by adding six additional concert dates due to overwhelming demand. This increase brings the total number of scheduled performances to 16.
The newly added shows will take place at the Paris La Défense Arena on September 18 and 25, as well as October 2, 9, 16 and 17.
Health and Performance History
This return follows a significant hiatus caused by health challenges. In 2022, Dion announced that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that can cause severe muscle spasms.

The condition led to the cancellation of a previously planned tour and a pause in her live performances. Previously, in 2021, the singer had cancelled her Las Vegas residency due to health concerns.
Dion’s most recent public performance occurred during the 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony. During that event, she performed Edith Piaf’s Hymne A L’Amour
from the Eiffel Tower.
Production and Setlist
Creative director Willo Perron, known for large-scale arena concepts, is overseeing the production of the residency. The engagement is set for the Paris La Défense Arena, the largest indoor arena in Europe.
According to the official announcement, the concerts will feature many of Dion’s most recognizable songs in both French and English. The setlist is intended as a tribute to the catalogue that has defined her career.
