“Today it was just execution,” Holiday said. “I think we had the game won. I’ve got to make some better plays.”

Despite the loss, Mazzulla expressed unwavering confidence in his team’s ability to turn things around.
“There’s not a group of people that I wouldn’t rather go through something difficult together with,” he said. “So again, sign me up. Doesn’t mean I’m happy, but this is the thought process about how we’re going to go about it.”
Tatum echoed his coach’s optimism, suggesting that the team’s current struggles could ultimately make them stronger.
“You’ve just gotta take the good with the bad and understand that down the line, you could be grateful for the stretch that we’re going through,” Tatum said. “If we stick together, we’ll figure it out together.”
As the Celtics look to regain their early-season form, the road ahead won’t get any easier. But for Mazzulla and his players, the challenge is part of the journey.
“This is the fun part,” Mazzulla said. “We’ll come out on the other side of this, and we’ll feel a lot better about ourselves.”
