The Catering Industry is Struggling to Survive Despite the Cold Winter
Du Xiaoyue was founded in Tainan in 1895 by the first generation founder Hong Taro. At first, he made a living by fishing. During the “Xiaoyue” season when he could not go to sea, he started selling noodles to support his family, so he named it “Du Xiaoyue”.
