Give Happy: Federal Employees Spread Cheer Through CFC Campaign
Tampa, FL – The holiday season is a time for giving, and federal employees across the country are embracing that spirit through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). This annual workplace giving programme allows federal employees and retirees to support thousands of eligible nonprofit organizations, making a tangible difference in communities both locally and globally.
Since its inception in 1961, the CFC has raised nearly $8.7 billion for charities and those in need.”Through the Combined Federal Campaign,we unite our efforts to give happiness,transforming our contributions into lasting change for those in need,” said kayla Brown-Gregory,2024 Campaign Co-Chair. “Last year, we proudly raised a total of $49,587.”
This year, the Tampa VA is aiming to raise $50,000, with a national goal of $3 million for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The CFC offers a variety of ways to contribute, making it easy for everyone to participate. Employees can donate through the online giving system, paper pledge forms, text-to-donate, or the CFC giving app. The CFC website also features a virtual charity fair, allowing donors to explore stories and videos from participating charities.
