Chainsaw Honey RePOP’s Heroine Chest Controversy: Producer Vows to Slice Through the Bug ASAP
Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP: Producer Clarifies Chest Physics Issue and Price Concerns
Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP, the remake of “Chainsaw Sweetheart” developed by Dragami Games Studio, was officially launched on September 12 on PC Steam, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch. However, some players complained that the heroine’s chest physics in “Chainsaw Sweetheart RePOP” had been harmonized, and the old game was too expensive.
Before the release of “Chainsaw Sweetheart RePOP”, producer Yoshimi Yasuda stated that the game would not have any harmonious content, stressing that it would be offered to everyone authentically. However, after the release of “Chainsaw Sweetie RePOP”, some players found that the physics of the heroine’s chest in the remake seemed to have been harmonized, making it almost no longer wobbly compared to the original version.
The original standing pose physics in Lollipop Chainsaw are missing in REPOP. Here’s the PS3 version
They only work during combat and running in the new “uncensored version”. It is unclear whether the developers deemed them unrealistic or inappropriate. Other scenes have slight changes photo.twitter.com/cGF65scGol

As for other flaws, there is also “Chainsaw Honey RePOP” which is just a simple texture improvement and adding some small functions. The content has not been increased as 12 years ago, but it still costs 40 US dollars.
In response to these negative comments, Yasuda Yoshimi personally responded: We are working hard to fix the game’s bugs and will continue to add more performance-related options and optimizations.
As for the physics engine mentioned by many people, “Chainsaw Honey RePOP” uses a physics simulation plugin called Kawaii Physics, because the original physics engine is incompatible with Unreal Engine 5, and the physics engine of the new plugin is a BUG that caused the anomaly, and we promise to fix it as soon as possible.
We have received feedback from players that pricing in different regions of the world has not been thoroughly researched.
We agree with the players and will change the prices as soon as possible. We will announce the changes on our SNS, so stay tuned.
