She also noted the value of the course’s focus on gardening and nature, saying, “From tomato seeds to harvest, we went through everything.”
“A School for Life”
Christina Hamperl, another Cham resident, enrolled in the course to improve organization in her home and garden.She described the technical school as “a school for life,” noting that she gained valuable knowledge, learned new skills such as sewing, and formed friendships with her 20 classmates.
Hamperl added that the course now offers the possibility of external exams, and she is considering a career in housekeeping.
Christina Stelzl from Lohberg learned about the program through word of mouth. She said the once-a-week class schedule fit well with her work commitments. Stelzl notably enjoyed the garden and nature modules and found the course to be a worthwhile experience.
