In the sketch, Kelsey and her husband, Matt, celebrate their baby shower with Kelsey’s friends. Charli XCX plays Kelsey’s over-the-top best friend. The group performs a humorous song to the tune of Chappell Roan’s hit "Hot to Go."

The performance begins with Charli singing, "Kelsey is our bestie, gonna be a mama." The friends then joke about Kelsey texting Domingo instead of focusing on her baby shower. They sing, “D-O-M-I-N-G-O, Kelsey’s texting Domingo / Thought that she forgot that dude / She’s sending him her pregnant nudes.”

The sketch builds tension as Kelsey’s husband, Matt, becomes increasingly upset. He reacts to the lyrics, questioning the implications of Kelsey’s relationship with Domingo.
