China International Travel Mart 2024 Begins in Shanghai
On November 22, 2024, the China International Travel Mart 2024 started in Shanghai. This event, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, features exhibitors from over 80 countries and regions.
The fair will last three days. It has more than 1,000 international exhibitors and nearly 600 travel agencies participating. Organizers report over 600 buyer-seller meetings will take place during the event.
International travel agencies will use this event to research tourism routes in different Chinese provinces and cities. China is encouraging international travel by offering visa-free policies for 29 countries, including France and Germany.
