ROSTOCK, Germany (AP) — Sandra, a mother of six featured in the ⁤RTL2 documentary ​”Hartz and warm,” is anxiously awaiting⁢ approval for a bank​ loan that could move her family ‌from a problem area in Rostock to the countryside of East Frisia.
