Apex Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation closed unexpectedly this week, impacting many pain patients. The clinic did not notify its patients before shutting down and even confirmed appointments shortly before the closure. Apex operated locations at North Union Boulevard and Jet Stream Drive.

An investigation revealed a contact number linked to the clinic’s owner. However, when 11 News called, the person hung up. Attempts to visit the owner’s residence were met with silence.

Patients indicated that 3G Medical Consulting took over Apex about two months ago. They were assured no closures would happen during this transition period.

Rev. Andre Somerset, a patient at Apex, expressed concern for those suffering from pain. He noted that no other pain management facilities are currently accepting new patients.

11 News reached out to an attorney associated with Apex. The news team is awaiting a response regarding the situation.
