CLR currently employs 20,000 blue-collar workers, offering services such‍ as‌ cleaning, ‍engineering, mechanical maintenance, and production support. The company plans to use the⁤ investment to expand‌ its operations across India, ​aiming⁣ to​ more than double its workforce to 50,000​ employees within ‌five ‌to ⁢seven years. This expansion ‍will ​focus on integrating more women and underserved communities into⁣ the formal economy.
