CLR Facility Services Secures $15M Investment for Expansion
Pune, india—CLR facility Services, a leading provider of integrated facility management solutions, has partnered with British International Investment (BII), securing a $15 million investment. This investment aims to bolster CLR’s growth and create employment opportunities, particularly for low-income groups and women, supporting the Indian government’s initiatives for inclusive employment and strengthening its integrated facility management solutions.

CLR currently employs 20,000 blue-collar workers, offering services such as cleaning, engineering, mechanical maintenance, and production support. The company plans to use the investment to expand its operations across India, aiming to more than double its workforce to 50,000 employees within five to seven years. This expansion will focus on integrating more women and underserved communities into the formal economy. A portion of the funds will also be allocated to establishing training centers in tier-2 cities,providing vocational training to unskilled and semi-skilled workers.
The company is also enhancing its environmental and social risk management processes, alongside HR initiatives, to ensure worker health and safety as it broadens its service offerings.
