Imran Khan Health Concerns Raised by PTI Leaders
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi was denied permission to meet with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan on Wednesday, according to Dawn.
Speaking outside Adiala jail on Thursday, Afridi characterized the alleged concealment of Imran Khan’s deteriorating health as “medical terrorism.” He questioned the circumstances leading to Khan’s hospitalization adn stated that any threat to his life would be unacceptable. Afridi also raised concerns about why Khan’s health declined,why his illness was not disclosed,and why his family was not informed of his medical condition.
Concerns Over Hospitalization and Treatment
PTI leader Salman Akram Raja expressed strong opposition to any attempt to move Imran Khan to a hospital without clarity, specifically objecting to the possibility of administering injections “at will.” Geo News detailed these concerns.
