QUETTA, Pakistan — Balochistan’s upcoming provincial budget is placing emphasis on public welfare projects, equitable resource distribution, and overall development priorities. Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti met Saturday with ministers and lawmakers from the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) to discuss these key areas.
