The company recently submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), formally initiating the listing process.This IPO aims to bolster CMPDI’s efforts in mine planning,research and growth,and the adoption of enduring practices within the coal industry.
Manoj Kumar, chairman and managing director of CMPDI, confirmed the IPO plans. “We have submitted the DRHP and are currently awaiting the first set of observations from SEBI,” Kumar said. “Since the filing has been done, we are committed to following the due process as per regulatory requirements to ensure a smooth and compliant listing.”
