Co Antrim Crash: Second Person Dies

Fatal Collision in County Antrim‍ Claims Two Lives

A man in his 30s and a pregnant woman have died following ⁢a two-car collision in Crumlin, County antrim, on ⁤Sunday, January 11,‌ 2026. The incident occured at approximately ⁤2:00 PM on the moira Road near nutts Corner.

Details of the Incident

The collision involved a blue Ford Fiesta and a silver⁢ Skoda Superb.The male passenger⁣ in one of the vehicles died from critical injuries sustained in the crash. The pregnant⁢ woman,also travelling in the same vehicle,succumbed to her injuries in ‍hospital.⁢ Several othre individuals involved in the collision sustained minor‍ injuries.

Police Inquiry

The Police⁣ Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision. Detective Inspector stewart, from the PSNI’s Collision Investigation‍ Unit, has appealed to⁣ the public for⁢ assistance. Anyone⁢ with information, particularly‍ dash-cam footage from ⁢the area at the time of the incident, is urged to contact the Collision ‌Investigation Unit ​on 101, quoting reference number 735 11/01/26.
