Fatal Collision in County Antrim Claims Two Lives
A man in his 30s and a pregnant woman have died following a two-car collision in Crumlin, County antrim, on Sunday, January 11, 2026. The incident occured at approximately 2:00 PM on the moira Road near nutts Corner.
Details of the Incident
The collision involved a blue Ford Fiesta and a silver Skoda Superb.The male passenger in one of the vehicles died from critical injuries sustained in the crash. The pregnant woman,also travelling in the same vehicle,succumbed to her injuries in hospital. Several othre individuals involved in the collision sustained minor injuries.
Police Inquiry
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision. Detective Inspector stewart, from the PSNI’s Collision Investigation Unit, has appealed to the public for assistance. Anyone with information, particularly dash-cam footage from the area at the time of the incident, is urged to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 735 11/01/26.
