As part of overseeing and monitoring the projects approved in the Major National Consultation, Ángel Prado, Minister of Communes and Social Movements, accompanied by Karina Carpio and Rafael Morales, governor of Aragua and mayor of Girardot, respectively, a popular assembly was held with representatives of the commune of Luis Arango in the sector of La Barraca.

This meeting was held with the aim of the organized community presenting its proposals, as well as a balance of the projects that have already been consolidated or are about to be completed after the first and second National Popular Consultation .

Prado, after learning the opinion of the speakers who intervened, approved the presentation of the registration certificate to this important commune, pointing out that part of his mission in the ministry is to contribute so that the communes and the community circuits are organized and the structure is established. of communal government, with its neighborhood bank, the functioning of parliament, the assemblies and the various committees.

He also highlighted the support and assistance they provide to promote and strengthen the organization of each Communion, “essential to work hand in hand with the various State institutions.”

The representative of the ministerial portfolio said that they agreed to organize a large community gathering with the youth of the state of Aragua, “to make a work path throughout the region and promote the training program La Comuna Es Joven, and the University of the Commune.”
