Cork Schools Compete for Ireland’s Fittest School 2025

calling All Schools: Get Ready‍ for‌ Ireland’s Fittest School 2025!

For the fourth consecutive year, a nationwide search is on to ⁢crown “Ireland’s Fittest School 2025.” ​Schools across the country are invited to participate in this exciting ​fitness challenge, designed to promote healthy habits and teamwork among students.

This year’s program features a ⁢series of engaging exercise routines developed by Olympic silver medalist David Gillick ‌and renowned fitness trainer Sharon Flanagan. These routines will⁤ be integrated into participating schools’ physical⁣ education curriculum, allowing students to learn new skills and improve their fitness levels.Schools can track their progress​ and compare their performance against others online, adding​ a competitive element to the challenge.The competition kicks⁣ off on January 20th and will run for 10 weeks. The top four schools from each ‌province will⁢ then qualify for live regional events in April, where they’ll compete head-to-head for a spot ‍in the grand finale.

The grand finale, scheduled for may, will see the top schools from Connacht, ⁤leinster, Munster, and Ulster battle it out for the coveted title of “Ireland’s Fittest School 2025.” The winning school will recieve a fantastic prize package worth €8,000 in sports equipment, providing a notable boost to their physical education program.
