Packaging and Accessories
The iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX comes in a large cardboard box featuring Corsair’s black and yellow colors. Inside, the cooler and its components are secured in cardboard inserts. The packaging displays an image of the cooler.
The box includes mounting hardware for both AMD and Intel processors, as well as the iCUE Link Hub, which is needed for the cooler to function.
The iCUE Link Hub requires a 6-pin PCI Express connector for power. While this may require some users to upgrade their PSU or use adapters, it eliminates the need for a Molex cable.
Closer Look at the Cooler
The Corsair iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB AIO cooler stands out with its tidy design and lack of visible cables. It features a standard AIO layout with a radiator, hoses, and a block that integrates a copper CPU contact plate with a mini liquid pump. Corsair uses black sleeved, low-permeation rubber tubing for flexibility.
The cooler’s radiator measures 396 mm in length, requiring a case that can accommodate three 120 mm fans. It is 27 mm thick, demanding a total clearance of 55 mm when paired with fans. The radiator uses a dual pass cross-flow design with soldered fins and thin oblong tubes, optimized for high performance even with minimal air pressure.
corsair pre-installs three RX120 RGB fans on the radiator, connected via a single cable to the hub for power and ARGB/speed control. The fan frames have LEDs behind diffusers on all sides, and use magnetic levitation motors with a range of 300-2100 RPM. The decorative plates on the sides of the fans are detachable.
The main block assembly has a squircle structure with LEDs and a detachable top plate that can be rotated. The block’s design is sleek and free of external connectors or wires.
The iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB cooler has a squircle copper contact plate at the base of the block, pre-applied with XTM70 thermal paste. The paste is designed to offer optimal thermal energy transfer. The pre-applied paste limits users to a single installation.
Once powered on, the iCUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB offers customizable lighting effects via Corsair’s iCUE software. The iCUE LINK module enables integration across all compatible Corsair devices, allowing for inter-device control.
