Damien Inglis is from French Guiana. He is a player who can play at a high level in both the power forward and center positions. Not only does he have a wide and powerful physique that allows him to make strong physical contact inside, but he also has good ball handling skills that allow him to make assist passes, making him a talented player who can be the core of the team’s offense.

Inglis was selected 31st overall in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Milwaukee Bucks. He has played in 20 NBA games, averaging 1.8 points, 1.6 rebounds and 0.5 assists.

In 2017, he returned to Europe and played in the top leagues of France, Italy and Spain. In the 2019-20 season, he played for SIG Strasbourg (France/Jeep ELITE ProA), where Yokohama B-Corsairs head coach Rassi Tuobi served as assistant coach, and fought together for one season. In 2021, he contributed to the EuroCup victory with AS Monaco Basket (France/Jeep ELITE ProA) and in 2023, he contributed to the EuroCup victory with CB Gran Canaria (Spain/Liga ACB). He recorded an average playing time of 21 minutes, 7.8 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists.

He has played for France from the under-age category on the national team, and was selected to represent France in the FIBA Basketball World Cup European Qualifiers in 2023 and the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers in 2024, where he has demonstrated consistent performance.
