Yesterday in Kagoshima it was 26℃ and super cool!!!
I went out before noon, but it was a little chilly!! And last night, I was able to sleep until the morning without turning on the air conditioner for the first time in a while 🥹 I thought it was autumn🍂, but the weather forecast for today is over 30℃ again🌻

Today’s recipe
Recipes to use up komatsuna♪
Packed with nutrition! Great for sports food! Also great for breakfast, lunch boxes, or snacks!!!
Komatsuna and bacon
Mixed rice balls
【Material】
・1 bag of komatsuna
・4 slices of half bacon
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
・1 teaspoon granulated chicken stock
・1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds

・2 bags of dried bonito flakes (4g)
・1 teaspoon soy sauce
【Preparation】
Cut the komatsuna into small pieces. Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Heat 1 tablespoon (not included in the recipe) of sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the komatsuna and bacon.
Mix the bonito flakes with soy sauce.
Fry until soft.
Add sesame oil and stir fry quickly, then turn off the heat.
For 350g of rice, 70g of ingredients, dried bonito flakes, roasted sesame seeds
Mix together.
This is just a rough guide, so please adjust the amount of rice and ingredients to your liking.
You can eat it as it is with mixed rice.
Even if you make it into rice balls, it’s easy for children to eat 😋👍
