Crews working to fix water main break on Boonsboro Road
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — Officials said there is a water main break on Boonsboro Road.
Officials said Lynchburg Water Resources crews are currently on site and working to assess and fix a water main break in the 3800 block of Boonsboro Road.

According to officials, Boonsboro Road will be temporarily closed to traffic between Link Road and Somerset Drive while crews work. A detour for all drivers, including emergency vehicles, is in place and drivers should use caution when traveling in the area.
Customers who experience air or discolored water in their waterlines should run cold water in a bathtub for three to five minutes until the water clears up. Do not run hot water.
