Cristiano Ronaldo on Embracing the Moment: Aiming for 1,000 Goals

Cristiano Ronaldo aims for a 1,000-goal career but realizes time is limited. As he nears his 40th birthday on February 5, he reflects on his journey as the highest goal scorer in soccer history with 908 goals.

Instead of fixating on future records, Ronaldo emphasizes living in the present. He stated, “I now face my life living in the moment. I can’t think long term anymore. I can no longer think about what I said publicly that I wanted to reach 1,000 goals.”

He acknowledges recent milestones and focuses on enjoying his current performance. Ronaldo expressed, “One thousand goals is great, but if it doesn’t come, I’m already the player in history with the most goals.” This perspective highlights his appreciation for the game and his achievements, regardless of future goals.
