Crunchyroll Announces Anime Expo 2024 Premieres and New Anime Series

Anime fans,get ready! Crunchyroll is bringing a huge slate of premieres and exclusive content to Anime expo 2024 in Los Angeles, one of the largest anime celebrations. From July 3-6, attendees can dive behind the scenes of their favourite shows and get first looks at new titles coming to the platform. The event promises a deep dive into the world of anime, offering fans a unique experience.
Among the new titles set to stream, several will premiere or offer first looks at Anime Expo. These include the gaming-themed webcomic Let’s Play, the comedic isekai series Otherworldly Munchkin: Let’s Speedrun the Dungeon with Only 1 HP!, and the charming comedy With You and the Rain, slated for a July 2025 premiere.These new additions highlight Crunchyroll’s commitment to diverse and engaging anime content.
The Crunchyroll Industry Panel returns on July 5, promising exclusive announcements and first looks, including a world premiere preview of Sentenced to Be a Hero, an action-packed dark fantasy. the Crunchyroll Stage will host over 10 special premiere screenings, including extended looks at Clevatess and Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse.
Attendees can also catch early looks at series such as Nyaight of the Living Cat, Rent-a-Girlfriend Season 4, To Yoru Eternity Season 3, and May I Ask for One Final Thing?, among others. These previews offer a sneak peek into the upcoming summer anime season.
On july 4, Crunchyroll will host panels for 2025 Anime of the Year nominees, including Freeze: beyond journey’s end and The Apothecary Diaries, featuring voice actors Yuki Aoi and Seto Asami. July 5 will feature the premiere of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE and a behind-the-romance panel for My Dress-Up Darling Season 2.
The event concludes on July 6 with a Kaiju No. 8 panel and a look beyond Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun with voice star Megumi Ogata and producers Yuki katayama and Shota Komatsu. Crunchyroll‘s booth (#2526) will offer immersive anime experiences,including Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle and Gala. The Crunchyroll Store at booth #2135 will feature over 30 exclusive items, including a Kaiju No. 8 Youtooz Vinyl Figure and exclusive apparel.
