The National Festival of Amateur Artists, scheduled for October 17th and 18th in Cuba, has been suspended by the government due to a worsening health situation across the country. The suspension is attributed to a “sustained increase in vector-borne diseases, especially arbovirosis,” according to an official note from the National Council of Houses of Culture, as reported by Venceremos newspaper.
