President donald Trump issued a stark warning to Cuba on Saturday, threatening to cut off its access to Venezuelan oil and financial support if Havana doesn’t negotiate with the United States.The ultimatum came as the Trump administration continues to pressure Cuba over its support for Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
