The Propel+ features a standard four-burner grill‍ with two side tables. One side table hides a fifth burner beneath a cast-iron griddle, large enough ​for multiple burgers or pancakes. The gas burner under ⁢the griddle can also heat a sauce pot.

The pizza oven is the centerpiece. The grill lid is shaped into a stainless steel ​arch with a smoked-glass⁣ door. A 15-inch cordierite pizza stone mounts inside.

The ⁣Cuisinart Propel+ 3-in-1 offers the promise of grill pizza, but achieving pizza perfection takes some ⁢effort. The​ 44,000-BTU grill can reach 600⁤ degrees Fahrenheit in 10 minutes, ⁤and exceed 700 shortly after. The side griddle adds another 11,000 BTUs.
