The Indianapolis Colts selected Ohio State defensive end Caden Curry in the sixth round (No. 214 overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Curry, a native of Greenwood, Indiana, and a graduate of Center Grove High School, returned to his home state after a four-year career with the Buckeyes, where he played in 54 games and started 14.
During his senior season in 2025, Curry led Ohio State in sacks with 11 and tackles for a loss with 16.5, earning Second Team All-Big Ten honors.
Over his collegiate career, Curry accumulated 14.5 sacks, 24 tackles for a loss, three forced fumbles, and 107 total tackles.
At Center Grove High School, Curry helped the Trojans win consecutive state titles in 2020 and 2021 and was a finalist for Indiana’s Mr. Football award in his senior season.
He also contributed to Center Grove’s baseball team, which won a Class 4A regional title during his junior year.
The Colts addressed their defensive line needs with the selection, adding a player familiar with Indiana football traditions and proven production at the collegiate level.
