The Trade Desk is introducing customizable tile visibility in its Kokai platform, allowing advertisers to filter and display only the metrics and tools most relevant to their workflows starting next month.
This update enables users to tailor their Kokai interface by selecting which tiles appear, streamlining access to preferred measurement strategies, retail data activation, and reporting tools based on individual advertising needs.
The change supports Kokai’s ongoing enhancements focused on reducing operational friction and improving campaign management efficiency, including simplified navigation workflows and accelerated campaign creation tools introduced in previous platform updates.
Advertisers will be able to view their applied measurement solutions, explore new options, filter partners by regional availability, and request access to retail and third-party measurement data directly from the Measurement Marketplace tile [Mm], which serves as a centralized hub for building and managing measurement strategies.
The Shopper Marketing tile [Sh] will continue to provide a tailored retail data activation experience, centralizing retail audiences and sales data to help connect media spend to customer behavior.
In-platform reporting and real-time downloads will remain available, allowing users to get answers faster without navigating through multiple interface layers.
These developments align with The Trade Desk’s broader effort to enhance user experience in Kokai by introducing tools such as Libraries functionality, improved campaign filtering mechanisms, and one-click report access across advertiser, campaign, and ad group interfaces.
The customization feature reflects the company’s response to user adoption challenges by creating more space for strategy within the platform’s workflow architecture through time-savings and enhanced flexibility.
As advertisers prepare for the rollout next month, the ability to personalize the Kokai interface aims to support more efficient triaging of campaigns, performance metric review, and total spend summarization based on individual trader workflows.
