Former Chelsea and Czech Republic football legend Petr Čech proved he’s a natural at more than one sport, delivering a stellar performance as goalkeeper in a charity hockey exhibition match in Zurich. The NHL All-Stars defeated the Swiss League and Champions League winners with a resounding 10-3 victory, with Čech playing a key role in the win.

The 43-year-old Čech, known for his record-breaking number of appearances for the Czech national football team, conceded only once during his time on the ice before being replaced by Vegas Golden Knights’ Akira Schmid. Over ten thousand spectators witnessed the exciting game, showcasing Čech’s surprising aptitude for hockey after transitioning from a celebrated football career.The match was organized by Los Angeles Kings forward Kevin Fiala, who extended the invitation to Čech through Zürich’s Šimon Hrubec.
